After the treatment
Give yourself some rest after the treatment, if possible. The treatment has given your organism new information and a new balance must be established in the body. Ideally, this is done by not immediately exposing your body to physical overstimulation. Certain stress indicators are also best avoided. The effect of the treatment can be further supported by drinking sufficient fluids (spring water or herbal tea) and cherishing your breath.
Change from within and proactivity
In patients who are more proactive and take more responsibility for themselves, recovery is not only faster but also more sustainable. In this way, treatments can also be seen as regular check-ups. In this sense, as an osteopath, I am not only a therapist but also a guide for achieving certain goals or challenges. This interaction promotes a strong understanding, which is crucial for effective treatment results.
